This may mean doing some repairs or a coat of fresh paint, packing up many of your personal effects, and streamlining the look.  I can recommend and oversee repair services, cleaning teams, storage facilities, and even removal companies.  The final result will mean a quick and pain-free sale.

What are the things  Change & Arrange, as your professional stager, might assist you with?

• I will go through the home inside and out and discuss the need for any repairs or upgrades that are holding back putting the space in its best light.  

• We will go over how to best enhance the home or apartment. I will then recommend which furniture, lighting, and accessories should be removed, added, or changed.

• Not all rooms in a home have a clear purpose or are being used for their intended purpose. Ambiguous spaces are to be avoided, as a professional I will help to create better flow and define spaces by the use of furniture placement. 

• When staging a home, often editing homeowners' personal effects will be necessary. As a professional stager, I will help to get those items packed prior to listing and locate a storage facility offsite if necessary. 

• In the case of an empty home, it is not necessary to stage/furnish all the rooms. I will give you a professional assessment that will evaluate which rooms and spaces need to be staged for the best impact on the bottom line.
